Fall 2023/Spring 2024 Semester Rates

• Standard Double: $4,710.00
• Design Single: $5,175.00
• Superior Single: $5,202.00
• Town House: $5,320.00
• Expanded Occupancy: $4,196.00

Although most students reside in double occupancy rooms, some students are assigned to expanded occupancy rooms. Students assigned to expanded occupancy rooms, other than those rooms specifically designed for three people, will be provided with a credit. The Residence Life Office will make every effort to move students to standard double rooms as soon as space permits. Questions regarding room rates may be directed to Residence Life at 585-245-5726.
