*Non matriculated and non-degree graduate students taking undergraduate courses pay the undergraduate tuition rate for those courses.

  • lesser of the outstanding balance or $30.00 for debts less then $1,000.00
  • $40.00 for debts between $1,000.00 and $2,000.00
  • $50.00 for debts greater than $2,000.00

UNDERGRADUATE COMPREHENSIVE FEE

The Undergraduate Comprehensive Fee is charged to and paid by all undergraduate students.  The fee includes (but is not limited to) support of onsite health care provided by physicians, nurse practitioners and registered nurses; health education; mental health consultation; basic medications (over-the-counter and prescription); dressings; select medical laboratory services (Health Fee, $9.08 per credit hour); Internet access; personal network accounts; Email; electronic library services; computer facilities; technology in the classrooms; KnightWeb registration, myCourses learning management system, and Microsoft Office licensing  (Technology Fee, $18.83 per credit hour).  The Undergraduate Comprehensive Fee will automatically be refunded to students who are living more than 60 miles away from campus AND enrolled in credit-bearing coursework at a location more than 60 miles away from campus.  Students wishing to request a refund of the fee due to extraordinary circumstances must make a written justification to the Dean of Students.  Justification must be received by the second Friday of the session.

Methods of Payment

  1. ONLINE - Students - Pay by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, checking or savings account from your Student Account Center available through MyGeneseo.
  2. ONLINE - Authorized Payers - Pay by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, checking or savings account from your Student Account Center at go.geneseo.edu/sac.
  3. IN PERSON - The Office of Student Accounts, Erwin 103, will accept payment by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
  4. BY MAIL - Mail payments to:

Personal checks, bank checks, and money orders should be made payable to SUNY Geneseo. DO NOT SEND CASH.

Refund Schedule: Tuition and Fees

Tuition and fees will be completely refunded for a course dropped before the start of a session. From the first day of the session, the College Fee of $0.85 per credit is nonrefundable. Students who withdraw from classes may receive tuition and comprehensive fee refunds as outlined the schedule below. A withdrawal is made by filing a withdrawal form in the Records Office, Erwin 102 or the Office of Summer Sessions, Erwin 105.  Students entitled to refunds should bring withdrawal forms to the Office of Student Accounts, Erwin 103.
