***Pre-Departure Health Costs: One vaccine is required for entry into Ghana, and additional vaccines, as well as medicine for the prevention of malaria, are strongly recommended; please see for more information.  A health care provider from a local (Rochester area) travel clinic will come to campus to provide individual travel health consultations during one of the orientation sessions.  Costs will vary depending on the student's medical history and insurance coverage, as well as the services and providers selected, and may be higher or lower than the figures estimated above.
