About Us

The purpose of this organization is to provide students at SUNY Geneseo with a structured and supportive group environment for learning and playing the game of ice hockey. The membership of this team is open to any SUNY Geneseo student who has paid a student activity fee for the year in which they wish to participate and has completed the Assumption of Risk waiver.

The club was officially recognized in the fall of 2006. We are open to students of all ability levels who share the love of the game. We are hoping to join the NEWCHA league in the near future and are gaining experience through scrimmages until our finances allow us to join. If your school is looking for a team to play, please contact us (see homepage). We currently compete against colleges in the area such as SUNY Oswego, University of Rochester, Niagara University, SUNY Brockport and William Smith College. We are still a new organization and are looking for support of any kind.
