Thoughts on Harvard Conference (2012):
"As someone who was an Adolescent Education and Math major for the first two years of college, going to the Harvard Conference was a fantastic reinforcement that changing majors was the right thing for me to do. The speakers and panelists at the conference got me fired up for life after Geneseo in the business world, and I am now even more determined to create my own path in life. The conference has changed my view on what is possible to achieve in life, especially as a woman entering a man's world."
"The conference was definitely the most worthwhile and inspirational professional development event that I have ever experienced. It was a great chace not only to bond with other student leaders from Geneseo, but also to connect with professionals from all walks of life. I am still in touch with lawyers and social entreprenuers that I was able to connect with during our time in Boston. I'm so glad our group decided to make the trip and I look forward to attending similar events in the future. It is an opportunity every motivated young leader should experience!"
"It was absolutely amazing to hear inspiring success stories from such incredible women. The best part about the conference was learning how real these women are. They were so easy to relate to and made me feel like I can do anything."
The"The day we spent at Harvard Business School for the 21st Annual Dynamic Women in Business Conference was truly inspiring. While the keynote speakers and panelists were brilliant, successful, dynamic women in their fields, there wasn't a moment where I felt like I couldn't do the same. Every speech I heard that day was motivating and encouraging, and left me feeling like I could take on anything. Needless to say, it was an incredible experience, that any woman from any major should attend."
