The Xerox Center's 2013 Staff includes director Susan Norman, and international graduate assistant, Saviour Badohu. Approximately 20 or more undergraduate students staff the Saturday School in Rochester and Summer Camp program in Geneseo. In addition, a Board of Advisors help provide overaching guidance and recommendations for center. Two steering committees comprised of undergraduate and graduate students provide feedback and recommendations for the operation of the Saturday School and the operation of the Xerox Seminars and Events.
Susan Norman has an MEd in general education, a 7-12 grade permanent certificate in general and earth science, and extensive experience working with pre-service teachers to best provide excellent educational experiences to diverse students in the city of Rochester and at Geneseo through a residential STEM summer camp. Saviour Badohu is an international graduate student in Literacy education and will recieved his K-12 Literacy Certification. Saviour is the former chair of science department for Keta District in Ghana, has his BSE in Biochemistry, and 7 years teaching k-12.
