For this poster project, you are asked to explore a controversy in the area of evolution of invertebrates. The information presented in the poster should be from the technical scientific literature (journal articles) and be based on at least FIVE such sources.  Internet sources are acceptable as supplements to peer-reviewed scientific literature.  The results of your research will be presented as a poster during our laboratory meetings on Nov 19. On that day you must also submit a 2-3 page typewritten summary of your study, incuding a bibliography, and copies of two references used. Your grade for this assignment will be determined by the organization and content of your poster and effort dedicated to the development and presentation of the project.  For additional information on grading criteria please access the Rubric scheme through the link below.

  •  11/10          : Submit project proposal
  •  11/17          :Submit progress report/design
  •  11/24          : Work on Posters in Lab
