The newly painted foyer with our beautiful refinished staircase. The old,
worn carpeting was removed and the wood stained and painted. We are still
working on getting carpet treads installed on each stair to minimize wear
and tear and prevent slipping plus locating a new finial to screw into the
newel post at the end of the bannister.

Shot of living room. We also reframed the original 1892 Agonian Society
First Annual Convention charter that you see in this photo above the paddles.
The paper was treated so it would not further deteriorate and a special
UV ray-protectant was used on the glass.
Dining room with new Victorian style wallpaper and window treatment to help
restore some Victorian charm to the house.
