I joined the School of Business at SUNY, Geneseo (current weather) in the fall of 2000 as an Assistant Professor of Economics and was promoted to Associate Professor of Economics in 2006. My research interests encompass a range of public finance and public policy topics. I teach a variety of policy classes including Public Finance, Environmental Economics, and Economics of Sports in addition to theory courses in Macroeconomics and Econometrics.
My wife and I both grew up in California. We have two boys, Tyler and Cassidy. I attended California State University, Chico as an undergraduate, where I received a B.A. in Economics, prior to completing my Ph.D. in Economics at Washington State University.
