Dining Services offers a variety of meal plans designed to meet the needs of a diverse student population.

All first year and transfer students will receive the GOLD PLAN
for both semesters of their first year on campus. A declining balance system allows each customer to select from either the
all-you-care-to-eat value centers or the a la carte facilities.
Each individual is responsible for managing his/her own account. Your initial meal plan purchase is part of the tuition.

All students living on-campus are required to purchase an on-campus meal plan. All returning and off-campus students have the following meal plan options to choose from for Fall and Spring 2012-2013:

Platinum Plan
$2,220 per semester
1745 points
175 Flex credits
Gold Plan
$2006 per semester
1531 points
175 Flex credits
Silver Plan

1316 points
175 Flex credits
Off Campus Plan
$375.00 per semester
350 points

Off Campus Express Plan
$250.00 per semester
225 points
25 Flex credits

HOW THE PLAN WORKS

Points and flex credits are equivalent to $1 each. Points can be used in any of the nine dining facilities listed. Flex credits can also be used in any of the nine dining facilities listed as well as in campus vending machines. The difference in dollars ($300.00) between the cost of your meal plan and the actual points shown on your meal card is operating expenses deducted from the balance. This cost is taken to keep discounted pricing in the all-you-care-to-eat facilities. (more here)
