Dining Services is able to meet the requirements of most medically prescribed diets.

Students who require a special diet should submit a completed Meal Modification request form , accompanied by a physician's letter detailing their condition to the Business Office. Your medical condition should also be reported to the Campus Health Center.
The request will be considered and discussed privately with the individual student and the Meal Modification Committee.
