Red Jacket Dining Center is located on the south side of campus, catering to the first year student population. 

The wide variety of menu options include our vegan/vegetarian bar aptly named "Beans & Greens", salad bar, Sizzlin' action station, freshly made pizzas, pasta bar, grill area, and traditional hot entrees.
