Meeting Minutes: Sunday, January 18, 2004
Hey guys! Here are the meeting minutes for the meeting on Sunday (2/29)
the leap day!!
*Anyone who went to the Caz show, the pictures the guy was taking are on
teh web site Ragsdigital.com, check them out! Also please remember to pay
your driver gas money.
*March 19th we are planning on having a grafitti party or possibly a Rugby
combined party. Look for more email about that!
*We are doing a Late Knight in the union on April 9th from 10pm-2am. We
want everyone to be there to help set up and run it. We are getting a
mechanical bull and doing other cool games and stuff. If you have any
good ideas, email Nicole at nms11.
*We voted on the T-shirt ideas and I believe we are going with the one
that has the picture and "G.E.T. Over It" on the back. Nicole will keep
us updated on those.
*If you have any cool pictures, or any thing that you would like to go on
the website, Kim Parker is in charge of it all. Feel free to email her
and send her pixs and stuff!
*For those going to the show this weekend, we are leaving on Friday at 4
pm! not am! :) We are laving form the union at the normal spot.
Julieann will email the people who are going and drivers.
*So..ummm...fundraising sucks, but we will get through this! The pizza
guy apparently sold the pizza shop! But we are still planning on trying
to sell the cards. Marcy is doing her best, and will email us when we
decide on what we are doing and all the details!
*We are planning on having our end of the year banquet on a study day. If
anyone has strong opjections, please let us know.
