Meeting Minutes: Sunday, March 28, 2004
Hey guys! We had our meeting this Sunday (3/28) and here are the meeting
minutes from it!
For all team members, there is the mandatory fundraising of Krispy Kreme
donuts. We passed out the pre-ordering forms. If you were not there, you
HAVE to get one from Marcy asap. They are due, with all the money, on
April 11th. You are required to sell at least 5 boxes at 6$ a box.
Please, please hurry and get your forms.
We are having our garage sale this Sat. and possibly this Sun. There
went around a sheet to sign up for what time you would like to work it.
Please get all your stuff to sell to Anne's house before Friday. There is
going to be a pricing party Friday at Anne's, time to be anounced. Email
a captian if you can help work at the garage sale.
To bring you up to date, there is not going to be a truck and trailer
wash, nor are we selling pizza cards.
Late Knight is still on and we need as much help as possible to put it
on. Please email a captian if you can help wiht it.
Next meeting we are going to be signing up for food to bring to the
banquet and to the farm show. Also we will be signing up for the horses
you wish to ride at our farm show.
***Next meeting will be at 9, not 8! keep note of that.
PS-YAY for Leslie going to Zones!!!! If you would like to go watch it is on April 9th.
Email Julieann b/c she is putting together the car pool for
it.
