- show dates are up at the barn. Next meeting you need to tell if you can come to the either or both of the first two shows
- Monday lesson people need to start scheduling making ups b/c they are the people farthest behind in lessons
- If you are going to be here for hunt races this sat. let Marcy rice now asap!!! she may need you help with a fundraiser
- If you were at the fundraiser table that we sat up at 6:00 in the morning for the opening of hunt season ,we need you name. We want to give everyone credit who was there and there wasn't a sign up sheet...let Marcy rice know, she has the list
- We are fundraising candy bars!!! You will be required to sell 1 box(~45 bars) in the span of 2 weeks. There will be an email going out about when we are going to do it. this is mandatory for team members
- jacket and sweatshirt orders are final as of now. I believe the orders are in, if you did not pay you will probably not be getting the sweatshirt or jacket
- WE have long sleeve T-shirts($15), if you want one, let Julieann know she has them
- if you are going to cancel lessons, let your driver know, so we don't have stranded drivers!!
- when walking to the indoor arena...holla!!! Please, please, b/c if you don't you may scare a horse and people will fall of and bad things will happen ;) wait for a response from Kim or whom ever is in there..safety guys
- Please, don't handle Ragtime unless told to by Kim, if you don't know who Ragtime is, find out. It could be a potentially dangerous situation
- try to bring in the right horse, there is the horse book in the front of the barn to help with that process, any questions feel free to ask, we don't bite...hard
- don't park in front of the big barn door. The one facing the outdoor b/c people will be driving tractors through there and I'm sure you don't want them driving the tractor over you car ;)
