Design Development Presentation

Letchworth Dining Hall is in design for a major renovation. Each floor will undergo a complete reconstruction and the exterior will experience change with building additions and cosmetic upgrades. The new first floor will be a "retail" style outlet of food delivery for subs, grill, pizza, bakery and cafe. The first floor will also hold a large dining area and lounge spaces. The new second floor will be an "All-You-Care-to-Eat" food delivery with cuisine styles of Traditional Grill, Vegetarian, Italian, Asian, Gluten Free and a Bakery. The second floor will have three distinct styles of dining space, creating different dining atmospheres. The building will be upgraded for accessiblity with a new entry, lobby and elevator. Letchworth will be heated and cooled by use of a new geothermal well field system. Letchworth Dining Hall will be designed towards the US Green Building Council's LEED Silver certification.
