Bailey Hall is under design for a major renovation for a new home of the Psychology, Sociology, Geography and Anthropology academic departments. In addition to new faculty and department offices, the project will provide departmental research labs as well as new general purpose classrooms. The project design includes a large two story addition on the westerly portion of the building and a complete interior and exterior renovation. The project will utilize rainwater harvesting and possible photovoltaics into the design for green building features as well as other requirements to meet the US Green Building Council's LEED Silver Certification.
