Doty Hall


Presentation

A much anticipated and exciting campus project this will be. This project will transform the Doty Hall building of approximately 76,000 square feet into the 21st century home of Admissions, International Student Services, College Advancement, administrative offices as well as the Small Business Development and Micro Outreach Centers. The old gymnasium will be converted into a state-of-the-art recital hall. The garden level will be renovated for the continued use of OPWDD.

LEED Components:
Geothermal heating and cooling energy, recycled content products will be used where possible, pourous pavements, efforts will be placed for procuring regional materials, recycling of demolition materials, rainwater harvesting, and water efficient plumbing fixtures will be used.
