Sapphire Leadership Certificate
SAPPHIRE VOLUNTEERISM AND SERVICE LEADERSHIP CERTIFICATE
The Sapphire Certificate is designed to help students involved in volunteering recognize and
understand the opportunities, responsibilities, service, and leadership performed by volunteers
for the greater good of society. The Sapphire Certificate program provides a conceptual
framework for volunteerism, offers basic information on the do's and don'ts of volunteering,
offers skill-building training, encourages reflection on the experiences, and introduces a range
