Friends of the Earth is dedicated to preserving the health and diversity of the planet for future generations.  Its three main programs are: Economics for the Earth (which focuses on the crucial economics of protecting our environment), International (which champions development that benefits people and environments around the world), and Community, Health and Environment (which empowers citizens around the country to address environmental problems affecting them).
