    The Northwest Motorcycle Association is a group that promotes off-road
motorcycling.  They are afraid that their right to ride their
motorcycles off-road will be taken away because of land use issues.  However, they
are willing to fight for these rights.  Not only do they not want this to
be taken away from them, but they also want to expand their rights.
