Redzone

www.redzone.org

Their mission is to protect the inherent rights of culture, heritage, language and ancestral lands needed to preserve and restore the Eyak tribe's continued existence as an independently recognized Alaska tribal nation.  It is called Redzone because of the oil spill that occurred on Prince William sound on March 24, 1986 (Exxon Valdez) which is their home.

They are a grassroots consortium of dedicated local Natives, fishers and world citizens who became activists when Exxon Valdez changed their life on the Copper River Delta forever.  It is a big site that is very organized.
