Getting to the Holcomb Building at Geneseo
It's easy to reach Geneseo by car via Route 20A or New York State Routes 63 and 39, all of which pass through the village. New York State Thruway (I-90) exits 46 and 48 are about 20 miles north of Geneseo at Rochester and Batavia .
From the west:
- Take the New York State Thruway (I-90) to Batavia Exit (Exit 48)
- Take Route 63 South to Geneseo for approximately 20 miles
- After crossing the Genesee River , watch for SUNY Geneseo signs.
- Turn left at the traffic light ( College Drive ). The Holcomb Building is the first building on the right.
From the south:
- Take I-390 North to Exit 7
- Follow Route 63/39 North for approximately 3 miles.
- Veer left when Routes 63/39 split (following Route 63)
- Watch for SUNY Geneseo signs
- Turn right at the traffic light ( College Drive ). The Holcomb Building is the first on the right.
From the north or east:
- Take the New York State Thruway to Rochester Exit 46 (I-390 South)
- Follow I-390 south to Geneseo (Exit 8)
- Turn right onto Route 20A for approximately five miles
- Turn right at the third traffic light onto Main Street
- Take first left onto College Drive .
- Follow College Drive to the bottom of the hill. The Holcomb Building is the last on the left.
