LOCAL BOOK DRIVE!!!
On April 22nd, The Dorman Library will be having a book drive. These books will be donated to many schools who were greatly affected by Hurricane Katrina. Parents and students, if you have any gently used and new books that you would like to donate to this cause, please come to the Dorman Library between 10am-3pm and donate your books to children in need!!
Please email Ms. Dowd if you or your family have any suggestions on how to improve our community and the school community as well!!
DONATION
During the month of April, we will be bringing in pennies and collecting them throughout the entire month of April. These pennies will be donated to TOPS Markets to help raise money for juvenille diabetes research fund.

Here are some fun family ideas for the weekend
On April 12th, there will be an Easter Egg hunt at the V.F.W. The easter egg hunt is $15.00 per child. The cost includes the egg hunt, lunch, and a meet and great with the Easter bunny!!!
On April 17th, the local drive in will be opening. For movie listings and times visit: Papa's Place Drive-In Theatre
On May 1st, the Haverling High School is having open swim in the new Olympic size pool. Adults $7, Students $5, and Children $3! Also, be sure to sign up for the 3rd annual children's olympics at the end of May which will also be held at the high school!!!
