Compound Units

Compound units are units that are built up from fundamental units through division, multiplication, or raising to a power.  To enter any such units into CAPA, use the symbols below.  Never include any spaces.

  Examples
For division, use the slash (/) meters per second m/s
For multiplication, use the asterix (*) Newton-meters N*m
For raising to a power, use the caret (^) meters cubed m^3
meters per second squared m/s^2
