This is your guide to choosing the right OTM category!

Student of the Month-
for students contributing immensely to their residence halls or communities during the specific month of nomination.
This is ideal for Residence Hall Council members.
(NOTE: RA's, Advisors, and IRC Executive Board members are not eligible for this award.

Program of the Month-
for outstanding programs. Subcategories consist of community service programs,
educational programs, diversity program, and social programs.

Resident Assistant of the Month-
for recognizing the exceptional efforts and contribution of RAs.

Advisor of the Month-
for recognizing the exceptional efforts and contributions of Advisors.

Spotlight of the Month-
the miscellaneous category. Ideal for an individual or group not included in the other categories.
Examples include members of the cleaning and housekeeping staffs.

Executive Board Member of the Month-
for recognizing the Executive Board members of campus organizations, including IRC, Hall Council, and NRHH.

Community of the Month-
for recognizing the contributions of a community established within the residence hall system (i.e. floor, suite, etc)

NCC of the Month-
for recognizing our Geneseo National communications Coordinators.
They are members of the Executive Board of the Inter-Residence Council.

NRHH Chapter of the Month-
for recognizing the outstanding efforts of our NRHH Chapter.

Diversity Program-
For recognizing a diversity exchange that impacted the residential community (i.e. cultural, lifestyle, religious, etc.)
