What's Swingin'

The Swing Dance Club will be at the Student Organization Expo today from 12:00 until 3:00. Come check out our table, join our mailing list, and get into our kind of swing. Minerva and Govinda will be doing a demo on stage around 2:15. Don't miss it, it's sure to be phenomenal.

Also, we have a time and place for our meetings! We'll be in the Holcomb cafetorium at 6:00pm on Tuesdays. This semester, we have the room for a whole two hours, so there will be more dancing than ever. Come on down and learn to dance. No partner necessary.

About Us

We're a group of Geneseo students and community members who found swing dancing in one way or another and have been addicted ever since. We like to get together to dance, socialize, and spread the word about swing dancing and what it's all about.

In general, we teach social dancing; Moves and etiquette that would be appropriate on any dance floor, so our members can go anywhere and dance with anyone. The lessons are taught by club officers, or those members with enough knowledge and enthusiasm to share what they know.
