Sir Thomas Bodley

named for the founder of Oxford's world-famous BodleianLibrary,

Bodley is a sweet field-bred Springer Spaniel who had a sad life in Michigan until he was rescused by Bonnie, a famous spaniel-lover, and her husband, Pete.
Bonnie took Bodley from a shelter and welcomed him into her home, listing him on the national English Springer Spaniel Rescue site: Bodley is now recovering from his childhood hardships -- he's 2 or 3 years old -- and learning to enjoy life and snow and balls.

But Bodley still needed a forever home, and when we found him on the web, we knew he had to come to Geneseo and become one of the amazingly spoiled pets of Center Street -- a true Center Street Springer. He will be here on 22 December, joining Alice Fox, Tisbury Massachusetts, and Marguerite de Navarre.
who could resist this Springer face?
