Kim Leach received her M.A. in Speech-Language Pathology from SUNY Geneseo and became a member of its English department and the Office of International Programs in 2016. For the latter she teaches American English pronunciation skills to international students. She is currently a New York State Certified and Licensed Speech Language Pathologist working with children and adults with complex communication needs.


  • INTD 110: ESL Oral Communication

    This course presents basic communication survival skills to students learning English as a second language. The primary focus will be on functional English, pragmatic language skills and understtanding cultural differences. A secondary focus will be on pronunciation, learning vocabulary, idioms and common English sentence structure.
