Fall Break is coming up and it’s an excellent time to reset and take time to practice new self-care strategies to take with you into the second half of the semester. This workshop will examine what self-care is (and isn’t) and we will engage in dialogue about how the seemingly simple act of caring for yourself consistently can be deceptively difficult! We will also explore different self-care styles and create personalized self-care wheels.

In this workshop, we will review examples of diet culture, discuss its impact on all of us, and explore alternative ways to think about food, eating, and body size.
