Learn how stress affects your body, mind and overall well-being. The basic tools of stress management and a variety of coping strategies will be explored. Guided imagery, breathing exercises, stretches, and progressive muscle relaxation are all included, so DRESS COMFORTABLY, and be ready to de-compress for awhile.

Detox to Unveil Your Best Self

The average newborn baby is born with over 232 chemicals in its system, while the average adult has over 700 chemicals in their body. Toxins such as heavy metals have been linked to a list of neuropsychiatric symptoms that present as difficulty studying, inability to concentrate, poor memory, and brain fog. While it is impossible to completely eliminate toxins from our environment, there are ways we can both limit our exposure, and enhance our body's ability to filter them out. In this class, you will learn what common sources of exposure are, as well as some simple ways to use nutrition to reduce overall toxic burden, thus allowing for improved immune function, increased energy, enhanced attention span, and easier weight management
