Virtual GREAT Day Submission Information for Presentation or Performance
GENERAL INFORMATION: Deadline extended to March 31, 2020, 4:30 pm. This deadline is just for your abstracts to be listed in the program. Upload information and deadlines will be sent after 3/31.
- Virtual GREAT Day is April 22, 2020
- You will have the opportunity to upload presentation/performance via a video, power point or completed paper
- Each primary student contact will receive an email confirming their submission and directions how to upload the project
- Each faculty member will receive an email for all submissions in which they are identified as the sponsor.
- All submissions will be listed in the program. It is up to the student(s) and faculty to participate in Virtual GREAT Day.
There are a number of options for submitting presentations and performances that Virtual GREAT Day will continue to follow (additional descriptions below). On the GREAT Day Online Submission Page you will need to select one of the following (all the information required for the submission for can be found on the worksheet):
- Individual presentation (just one presentation, which will be listed in the program by department) Individual presentation worksheet (docx)

Types of Submissions
Individual Presentation
Individual Presentation: just one presentation which will be placed in a session with other presentations by GREAT Day organizers. These submissions will be grouped into sessions of 3-4 presentations or performances by the planning committee. If you are submitting more than one presentation or performance for the concurrent sessions, please indicate this in the Special Requirements box on the form so that we do not schedule your presentations at the same time.
Entire Session
- A) 2 - 4 presenters to fill the allotted time (go to Entire Session of 2 - 4 page). Faculty members and/or students may propose an entire session and identify 3 or 4 student presentations or performances to be included in the session. Sessions will be listed together in the program.
- B) Just one class/group presentation to fill the allotted time (go to Entire Session 1 group page). Faculty members and/or students may propose an entire session comprised of a single presentation by a class or group.
