LOTUS - Living Optimally Through Understanding and Support
Megan Syfrett, LMHC, provides this walk-in support group for students impacted by someone else's (family member, friend) substance use. This is a safe space for students to connect, relate over shared experiences, and begin to heal.

LGBTQ+ Support
This support group was developed as a joint effort between Counseling Services and the office of LGBTQ+ Life on campus. This group is for any LGBTQ+ student who would benefit from a supportive and confidential space. We will talk about different aspects of identity, challenges, fears, and mutually support each other.

Facilitator:
Charlotte Wade, Assistant Director of Multicultural Affairs for LGBTQ+ Life (she/her and they/them)

Students of Color Support Group
Counseling Services and the Office of Multicultural Programs and Services have previously provided a Students of Color Support Group. This group is tailored to the needs of various racial and ethnic groups and is open to any student wanting to focus on conversations on people of color.
