Counseling Services Support Groups

Students in circle on grass at Sturges Quad

Counseling Services offers a variety of specialized support groups. In some cases, we have paired with other student support offices so that the group can be facilitated by both a licensed counselor from our office and a professional from the collaborating office.
If you are interested in one of the groups listed below, connect with the contact person indicated.

More information on well-being resources on campus is available via this Mental Health Quick Resource List.

Knight Athletes Talk (KAT) is a unique opportunity for SUNY Geneseo Athletes to come together in a small group and gain support and consultation from a member of the Counseling Services team. KAT is free, informal, and confidential group consultation for Geneseo athletes.

Every week, members of the Counseling Services team facilitate an informal, first come, first served group consultation for Geneseo student-athletes, with no appointments necessary.
