Room 104 is a designated faculty librarian teaching space used primarily for their instruction sessions; these sessions take priority over all other uses of the room. In other cases, it may only be used for supplemental purposes; it is not to be reserved for the exclusive use of semester-long courses. When Room 104 is not being used for instructional purposes, it is available for quiet computer use for students, staff, and faculty.
Room 104 Guidelines:
The classroom may not be reserved for use by teaching faculty, staff, and/or students for regular, semester-long classes.
Teaching faculty may request to use the classroom on a single-use basis. Requests to use Room 104 will be reviewed by Research Instruction Services prior to approval.
When Milne 104 is being used for quiet computer use, people need to exercise courtesy, which entails:
• talking quietly
• using headphones
• taking care of their trash
• returning furniture to its original location.
To request the use of Room 104, please fill out this request form.
