Summer Sessions Housing 2016

Geneseo’s summer sessions housing will be in Putnam Hall.  Only single rooms are available.  Each room shares a bathroom with a bedroom next door. There are no mixed-gender suites. Students with particular housing needs should contact Residence Life and speak with the Dean or a Director prior to purchasing summer housing.

INFORMATION ABOUT PUTNAM HALL:

We are offering single rooms that have a "Jack-and-Jill" bathroom between them (you share the bathroom with one person next door).  Putnam has full kitchens and laundry on each floor.   During the summer, CAS does not provide a regular meal plan.  Students can buy meals at Books and Bytes and at Starbucks, either with cash or with Campus-Cash put on their ID cards.  See the CAS website for details.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT:

  • Check-in for each session begins at noon on the Sunday before the first class session. 
  • Thus the first check-in day is Sunday, May 15, 2016 at noon in the Putnam Hall. 
  • Check-out is by 10 a.m. on the Saturday following the end of classes in the session.

By living in summer housing at SUNY Geneseo, you agree to abide by SUNY Geneseo’s Residential License and the Geneseo Student Code of Conduct.

RESERVING AND PAYING FOR SUMMER HOUSING IN putnam HALL:

The following is the price list for summer housing.  To receive the discount for combined sessions (8 or 12 weeks), the purchase must be made up front.  Students who purchase housing for one session may purchase housing for a subsequent session, but must pay the full session price. This Marketplace website requires you to use a credit card. 

If you need to pay by check, complete this FORM and bring it to the Student Accounts office in Erwin Hall.
