Welcome to the Student Organization Directory!
With more than 180 student clubs and organizations, there truly is something for everyone at SUNY Geneseo.
A college-registered Student Organization is any student-driven group whose primary membership and entire leadership consists of students enrolled at SUNY Geneseo; is formed in order to contribute to the students' personal development and the advancement of the College Mission; is non-credit bearing; and is officially registered with the Department of Student Life.
Full registration does not imply college endorsement of the positions and views of any organization. Rather, it implies that the institution accepts the organization’s mission as educationally valid and that the organization has complied with institutional registration and continuing registration procedures.
Full registration with the College does not permit the organization to act in the name of the university, to represent the university, engage in any contractual obligation in the name of the university, nor represent the organization as being an official part of the university.

The purpose of Nerf@Geneseo is to organize and run events using Nerf blasters (launch foam darts, off-brand blasters are considered to be equivalent to Nerf blasters), foam melee weapons, clean socks, and marshmallows. These will include Nerf War games and a campus-wide Humans VS Zombies (HvZ) game every semester. Nerf@Geneseo serves as a community for gaming and building friendships between students. The game requires players to use teamwork and assist each other to achieve success. The game is an effective vehicle for bringing students together from across the student community.

Currently Known As
Currently Known As: educates students in the art of improvisational theatre through guided practice, performance, and self‐evaluation so that the student may learn from their self and others. Currently Known As: believes that all students can learn to perform with the help of friends, dedication and perseverance. Thus, Currently Known As: will hold no auditions, or turn anyone away who desires to be a member of the troupe. To do this would be to deny the students an opportunity to learn, perform, make friends, and grow as a person.
