Facilities Planning & Construction

Responsibilities

* Manage smaller Projects as assigned.
* Participate with the management of larger projects and communicate project status to the College community.
* Assist in project scoping and plan reviews as experience dictates.
* Provide AutoCAD drafting and documentation as required.
* Prepare project documentation for bidding as directed.
* Review, recommend and develop improvements for the documentation of construction projects including financial tracking.
* Create and update base CAD documentation of campus buildings and mapping on an on-going basis.
* Assist with long-range planning for Campus-wide facility improvements.
* Assist with office communications to the Campus community.
* Manage the digitalization of existing drawing database.
* Manage the new facilities management database software.
* Manage the Physical Space Inventory of the Campus.
