USAEC Guidelines (To be read by all candidates)
- The election committee guidelines for those wishing to run for a Student Association Executive Board or Class Officer position
- The constitution of the Student Association; offers some information pertinent to elections
- The guidelines of the Geneseo Student Court
Class Officer Intent to Run Form (Needed for Class Office candidates)
- The form to be completed by all of those wishing to run for a class office
- Due to the SA Office (Union Room 316) by 4pm on Friday, February 22
Cohort Class Form (Needed for Class Office candidates)
- The form to be completed by an idividual wishing to run for office in a class other than the one they are associated with for registration purposes (your class by credits, not by date of enrollment at Geneseo)
- If needed, due to the SA Office (Union Room 316) by 4pm on Friday, February 22
Student Association Conflict of Interest Policy and Form (Needed for Campus-Wide Office candidates)
- The Conflict of Interest Policy of the Student Association. Any individual wishing to run for and SA executive position must read this document and complete the attached USAEC form verifying that he or she hasboth read the policy and will comply with it.
Campus-Wide Candidate Petition (Needed for Campus-Wide Office candidates)
- A petition to be signed by at least 100 fee-paying students of any class. This form should be turned in by 4pm on Friday, February 22 and is required to be placed on the ballot for a campus-wide petition.
USAEC Acknowledgement Form (Needed for all candidates)
- This form must be signed and turned in to the SA office by 4pm on Friday, February 22. By signing, a candidate states that they have read and will comply with the USAEC Guidelines. Links to the guidelines can be found above.
