Here's my single favourite history of mathematics web site . Look there for more information about the history of anything in calculus.

Maple worksheets for labs are in my outbox in a folder called "MultiMaple". CIT says the best way to access outboxes is here. You may possibly access them via a browser here (after logging in with your Geneseo account). (To download files you will need to tell your browser to save them - merely clicking will not work.) Our first one will be "maplebasics.mws" which you can use to test your maple installation. Maple software can be downloaded from software.geneseo.edu (login and select the category Academic) Here are some installation tips. Don't give up - keep working until you (and they) get this running correctly.
