Geneseo study abroad scholarships
This page provides a list of the Study Abroad scholarships administered by SUNY Geneseo's Office of International Programs. For the most part, these scholarships are only available to Geneseo students on Geneseo programs. Please email studyabroad@geneseo.edu or stop by the Study Abroad Office in Erwin 106 if you have any questions.
Applications for all Geneseo-sponsored scholarships must be completed on Horizons. Please be sure to read the "Description" for each scholarship to determine if you are eligible to receive the scholarship.
General Study Abroad Scholarships:

This scholarship is awarded to a student at SUNY Geneseo who will participate in a Spring Semester study abroad program and best demonstrates, in the form of a 500 word essay, an awareness and understanding of what it means to be a world citizen. | November 30 |

| Jo Kirk One World Scholarship | Jo Kirk/Geneseo Foundation | $500.00 | Spring and Fall semester programs only. Applicant must be in good academic and judicial standing, and must be accepted on a Geneseo sponsored semester or academic year study abroad program. | Siena Italian Studies Scholarship | Siena Italian Studies | €2000.00 | This scholarship is open to students studying on the Siena Italian Studies program for a semester.
