Exhibitor Information
Running GAGG aims to have a vibrant and exciting exhibitor hall. It is the hub of the convention that sees a majority of the foot traffic. Your table will be in the thick of the crowd all weekend long.

Fees and Rules
- $15 per table requested plus 10% of Net profits of convention sales.
- Exhibitors will receive two Exhibitor Badges to the convention.
- Exhibitors will receive recognition via social media and our online registration platform.
- Exhibitors are welcome to donate an item to our 100% Charity Auction.
- Exhibitors agree to be bound by the Code of Conduct.
- You will be provided a contract that must be signed and returned by 6 weeks before the convention.
The main exhibitor hall of Running GAGG is also the hub of the convention. You will be in the thick of convention for the entire weekend.
Event Time Slots
- Friday: Registration Desk opens at 12pm; events run 2pm-2am
- Saturday: Registration Desk opens at 8:30am; events run 9am-5pm, Charity Auction is at 5:30pm, events resume 8pm-2am
- Sunday: Registration Desk opens at 8:30am; events run 9am-5pm
