Black Student Union (BSU)
The purpose of the Black Student Union, BSU, is to promote activities of common interest, as well as cultural and educational benefits for the African American student body. In addition, the BSU is the "umbrella" organization of many of the African American student organizations, providing a forum for them to voice their differences, goals, and ideas.
Geneseo Chinese Culture Club (GCCC)
The Geneseo Chinese Culture Club welcomes everyone in the SUNY Geneseo community to join us in the exploration, and experiencing of the Chinese culture. We strive to achieve this goal through our meetings, and events. Both our meetings and events differ in their subject matter, but one thing is for certain, fun always awaits!
Hillel
Hillel's mission is to enrich the lives of Jewish undergraduate and graduate students so that they may enrich the Jewish people and the world. Hillel student leaders, professionals and lay leaders are dedicated to creating a pluralistic, welcoming and inclusive environment for Jewish college students.
Inter-Varsity Christian Fellowhip (IVCF)
We are a group of students on campus who are committed to Jesus Christ. We get together in small groups, a large group, and on other occasions to learn more about Him and grow in our faith.
Japanese Culture Club (JCC)
Japanese Culture Club's goals are to provide the campus community of Geneseo with activities and entertainment reflecting Japanese culture, for a better understanding of Japanese culture.
Korean American Student Association (KASA)
The purpose of the Korean American Student Association is to unify individuals of all backgrounds to share in and experience Korean culture through various educational, social and recreational programs.
Latino Student Association (LSA)
Men of Action and Change (MAC)
Men of Action and Change is a multicultural, community service-based brotherhood at the State University of New York at Geneseo. Men of Action and Change will be a pluralistic organization dedicated to the Exchange between people of different cultural and ethnic backgrounds. Prophet Mohammed (Peace be upon him).
Muslim Students and Friends Association (MSA)
Muslim students and friends Association strives to build links between Muslim families, businesses and organizations, provides year-round activities and religious services and is committed to the needs of the Muslims and our non-Muslim friends.
National Organization for Women Campus Action Network (NOW)
National Organization for Women Campus Action Network (NOW)-Our purpose is to take action to bring women into full participation in society — sharing equal rights, responsibilities and opportunities with men, while living free from discrimination.
Pride Alliance
Pride Alliance is an on-campus group devoted to discussing GLBT issues, promoting activism in the queer community, and maintaining a safe space in which all students can thrive. The club provides a relaxed and safe environment for anyone to share or learn about issues related to sexuality and gender in today's world.
Shakti
Shakti is Geneseo's South Asian Cultural Organization. We meet weekly to discuss, learn about, share, and celebrate the diverse, unique, and rich cultures of South Asia. Shakti is one of the most diverse clubs on campus, comprised of members with backgrounds from around the world.
Womyn's Action Coalition (WAC)
Womyn’s Action Collation (WAC) is dedicated to activism on a local and global level. During our meetings we discuss a variety of issues pertaining to current events and the overall portrayal of women in society. We work towards gaining access in the public sphere through ending discrimination and violence towards women.
