Rachel Laber Pulvino ’10 New York Governor Kathy Hochul has appointed Rachel Laber Pulvino ’10 to the SUNY Geneseo College Council for a term expiring June 30, 2029. A Geneseo alum, Laber Pulvino is vice president of communications at Visit Rochester, where she leads the organization’s brand messaging, public relations, and communications strategy to promote Rochester as a premier travel destination.
