Spring 2015 Graduating Seniors

Aggression

Daria Seifert (head RA): Will be attending Stony Brook University this Fall to earn her Masters in Social Work while living at home and working at a local counseling center. 

Anna Katomski: Will be moving to Chile in August as a part of the English Opens Doors Program, an initiative supported by the United Nations' Development Program and the Chilean Ministry of Education. While there, Anna will be an assistant English teacher and youth development coordinator in a Chilean public school. Anna eventually plans to pursue a dual master's degree in social work and public health. 

Sarah Prieto: Will be doing research in the Brain and Cognitive Sciences department of MIT during the summer, and she'll be student teaching in New York City in the fall. After that, Sarah will be applying for research positions before applying for neuropsychology graduate programs.

Assertive Affiliative

Bridget Sovocool (Head RA): Will be attending Alfred University in the fall for a 5 year PsyD program in School Psychology.

Megan Mclafferty: After graduation, she hopes to pursue psychological research and gain further experience working with kids. She plans to attend grad school in the future in order to earn a PsyD in clinical psychology.

Emi Ebbers: Will be working at Mount Hope Family Center. She's so excited to be a Research Assistant on project TRAIN, working with families of children with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder. She'll also be working in the PATHS Club Therapeutic After School Program with children previously exposed to acts of violence. Since she'll be living in Rochester, she's preemptively nominating herself as future creepy alumni who will frequently be back to visit SPRG. Most importantly, she aims to be happy, healthy, and toasty warm through the winters to come.

Ramsha Ansari: Is working as a paralegal at a law office on Long Island.

Conflict

Brianna Heuser (Head RA): Will be attending Pace University in New York City to pursue a 5 year combined doctorate in School and Clinical Psychology. After graduate school, she hopes to be a school psychologist in an elementary school.  

Courtney Woolever: Will be attending the University of Michigan after graduation for the higher education administration program and will be doing an internship in the engineering school.

Austin Simon: Will be attending the Higher Education and Student Affairs Masters program at Ohio State University.

Maddy Reisgerzog: Will be working as a Research Assistant in a brain development lab at the University of Texas at Austin.

Prosocial

Caroline Goldschein: Is currently working at Mercy College's Manhattan campus as a PACT Counselor within the college's Division of Student Affairs. She works primarily as an academic advisor for continuing and incoming transfer students in the School of Social and Behavioral Sciences. She also works with students to explore internship and career opportunities.

Ali Arnold: Is working in Media Planning at Ogilvy & Mather.

Michael Kolotinsky: Will be attending naturopathic medicine school in the fall in either Connecticut or Washington.

Helen Gregorek: Is currently a skating coach and is working in an after school program, and will be going for her masters in speech pathology next Fall.
