"There are so many wonderful professors at Geneseo, but getting into the Chamber Singers absolutely made my experience. I learned so much from "Doc" Isgro; he opened my world to a lot of other music that I hadn't experienced. He always had a great mixture of kindness and discipline. My time in the Chamber Singers - practicing, performing, and in 1984 touring Poland at the height of the Solidarity Movement - nurtured my love of music as well as the richness of maintaining quality in any kind of effort in life. I've been blessed with a circle of life long friends, who were also in Chamber Singers."
