Tell us about yourself. Where you live now, career, and/or family news. What have you been up to since you left Geneseo?
I live in Rochester with my fiancé, Jake, and our four legged child, Sue (our cat). We will be celebrating our recent engagement with a wedding next July. I am a partner of MAPSTONE VERITAS financial group, where we help our clients with comprehensive wealth management strategies. Since I left, I’ve actually remained active in the Geneseo community and serve as the chair of the Rochester regional alumni chapter. I spend as much time as possible traveling to new places and experiencing all of the beauty this world has to offer.
What is the best thing about your current job?
Meeting new people with new stories and new challenges every day.
If you could live anywhere, where would it be?
If I could move Rochester to a warmer climate, that would be perfect.
If you had a warning label, what would yours say?
No verbal filters: proceed with caution.
Do you collect anything?
I buy a shot glass from every major city or travel destination I go to. I have roughly 170.
What is your favorite family tradition?
The holiday white elephant party my family does is pretty ridiculous. I got a life sized porcelain monkey last year. I’ll probably regift that one...
What fashion or trend do you hope makes a comeback?
JNCO jeans ( R.I.P. the 90s)
What is your favorite fast-food chain?
I could eat Chipotle every day and not get sick of it.
What is your favorite movie and why?
Tie between Pulp Fiction and Spaceballs because I love Quentin Tarantino and Mel Brooks movies equally.
What is your favorite Geneseo memory?
The ones I can’t remember.
