Organizations Eligible to use College Facilities:

  • Non-profit, educationally oriented associations and organizations;
  • local, county, State and University agencies and organizations;
  • non-profit, religious organizations;
  • organizations that by meeting on campus will enhance the relationship between the College and the Community, or which enhance the educational mission of the College; and
  • organizations which provide a community service which in their use of College facilities do not compete with area businesses.

Due to policy and procedure with regards to state agencies, individuals are unable to contract and rent space for personal use. 

Geneseo is ranked among the very best undergraduate public colleges in the nation but it's more than a great academic resource. Geneseo is a wonderful setting for academic and professional events. With a beautiful campus over-looking the Genesee Valley, our facilities are the perfect place for your meeting, conference or event.

Fantastic Food and Catering Services

The quality of campus dining and catering is excellent and the variety of offerings is exceptional. We will work with you every step of the way to plan your dining needs. From bag lunches for youth campers to a grazing dinner for 250, we strive to exceed your expectations. We provide an all-you-can-eat format in our dining halls, where guests can choose from made-to-order sandwiches, grilled items, salad and dessert bars, a pizza ad pasta station, and several vegetarian specialties.

Working meals are available and summer picnics on one of the patios or quads overlooking the beautiful Genesee Valley are also possible. We can accommodate all of your dining requests. And if your schedule allows attendees a meal on their own, the historic landmark Village of Geneseo can make it great with a fine selection of restaurants and cafes.

Many Meeting Sites and Options

Geneseo offers hundreds of spaces ranging from small group settings to large scale lecture halls and auditoriums. We have just about any kind of space your meetings might require. 

Campus meeting space includes:

  • Complete audio visual equipment including internet connections, TV/VCRs, DVD players, LCD projections and large screens, podium with microphone and overhead projectors.
  • Lecture rooms seating from 20 to 400 people
  • Traditional classrooms
  • Arena style classrooms
  • Small and large conference rooms
