Department Inaugurates New Conference/Meeting Room and Student Lounge

The Department of Languages and Literatures inaugurated a new Conference/Meeting Room and upgraded student lounge on May 1, 2019. Ribbon cutting for these spaces was performed by Provost Stacey Robertson and Assistant Provost Enrico Johnson. The Conference Room is designed for faculty committee work, language section meetings, and department collaborations with colleagues across different campuses both in the United States and abroad. This will be made possible by implementing the new technology setup, which includes Skype and other means of cross-campus communication.
