Remember the late-night performances, dances, and hangouts at The Hub and the KnightSpot? For decades, the cozy space off Sturges Quad became a second home for students.
After sitting silent for some years, the lounge has taken on new life with the launch of the Multicultural Center in 2022. Created to welcome everyone, with a focus on students from marginalized communities, the center invites all students to study, gather informally, and host their club nights, meetings, and performances. Recent events have ranged from presentations by local performers to Black History Month celebrations featuring poetry readings and African drumming.
