Soaring Stars Summer Camp

Soaring Stars is a free summer enrichment program that brings together sixth- and seventh-grade students from across Livingston County for hands-on learning, creative projects, and STEM exploration.
Students engage in classroom projects, outdoor activities, team problem-solving, and a special off-campus field trip. Many families also appreciate that Soaring Stars provides a safe, structured daytime experience with transportation and meals provided.
2026 Program Information
- Dates: July 20–31, 2026
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 am–3 pm
- Location: SUNY Geneseo campus
- Cost: Free for all participants
- Transportation: Free of charge to the district and families for the following schools: Avon CSD, Dansville CSD, Geneseo CSD, Keshequa CSD, Mt. Morris CSD, and York CSD. Caregivers will be responsible for getting your student to the drop-off location.
- Meals: Free lunch provided
- Field Trip: Included, details shared with registered families
- Capacity: 30 students
Who is eligible?
6th-grade group: Students entering 6th grade in the fall of 2026 in Livingston County schools. Register your child here.
7th-grade group: Students who attended Soaring Stars in the summer of 2025, and who are entering 7th grade in the fall of 2026 in Livingston County Schools. To register your returning student, please email soaringstars@geneseo.edu to receive the link for returning students.
