Aaron Steinhauer has been a member of the Geneseo faculty since 2005.  His research specializes in stellar photometry and spectroscopy of open clusters, with an emphasis on how the abundances of light elements on the surfaces of stars reveals physical processes occurring below.

He is a proud husband and father of two adult daughters who ceaselessly amaze and delight him.
